The bill (Reg. No. 2393) suggests to implement equal rights for workers in the sphere of culture, pedagogic, scientific and pedagogic, medical and pharmaceutical workers for reword for their professional activity from 1 January 2014.
The draft presupposes also, in order to avoid disparate determination of allowances for employees in the respective sphere of activity, to consolidate by subordinate acts these payments directly to the specialized laws "On Culture", "On Education", in the Basic legislation of Ukraine on health care.
Supporting the bill, people’s deputies noted that the implementation of the bill will require considerable additional costs.
Members of the Parliament deem the bill could be adopted as a basis, considering expressed remarks and proposals made during the preparation for the second reading.
